What is included in the price?
The price includes the rental costs, for the number of persons booked a laundry package (bed linen and towels) and the free use of the WLAN.
At the key is handed over, a deposit of €300 is payable, which can be paid in cash or by credit card.
Energy costs are included in the rental price per day 12 kwh of current, 0.42 cm³ of water and 1 kg of gas. The estimated consumption values are usually sufficient. More consumption can be caused by air conditioning using open windows or excessive heating and is calculated separately.

Yes, we give up to 30% discount on the rental prices for long-term stays. Contact us for your personal offer.
When can I arrive?
We would like to ask you to inform us of your flight number and arrival time early so that we can determine the timing of the key handover.
Basically the houses/apartments are ready for occupancy from 16:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, there is a possibility to keep your luggage in between.

Els Poblets is located almost exactly in the middle of the Alicante and Valencia airports, approximately 100 km away.
