This new air-conditioned apartment is located in the EC and is wheelchair-accessible. It has a shaded outdoor area.
This apartment is equipped with a pellet stove for the winterguests.
All six apartments can be booked by groups or large families together. It is also possible to book this apartment as an additional breakfast/seminar room.
It has a new saltwater pool area with children’s slide, water fountain and massage and whirlpool unit. The sea is only 80 meters away.
Living and Sleeping area
The open-plan living area is equipped with air conditioning. The generous pellet stove ensures a pleasant warmth during the colder season. Two decorative beds in the living area (90 x 190 cm) can also be obtained as a nursing bed if required. The sofa bed completes the equipment.
An HD satellite TV with a USB connection and 1 receiver with 4 satellites ensures that you can also see your free favorite program in your Language. For our Spanish speaking guests we have a terrestrial TV antenna. Of course, you can also listen to your favorite radio station.
There are also games and books available so that you don’t have to miss anything on holiday.
Kitchen
The modern, open, underpassable red glossy kitchen has a granite countertop. Here you will find a large fridge, freezer, many drawer cabinets, dishwasher, oven, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, various kitchen cabinets and much more.
The sink with hot water and a lowered, under-load 3-burner gas cooker with extractor hood, invite you to cook. The kitchen is located in the open-plan living area.
Shower
Modern, walk-in shower room with foldable shower seat, handles and underpassable sink and a mirror cabinet. A toilet with 2 supports is also available. The shower has a detachable shower hose, which you can also use on the toilet.
Outdoor Grill and Terrace
Your terrace has sea views and a mobile barbecue, where you can spend the whole year wonderful barbecue moments.
Pool
You have a saltwater communal pool, which you can share with the other holiday apartments. The pool area has an integrated massage and jacuzzi unit. For your children we have a pool slide (at your own risk). An outdoor shower with a fixed shower seat, as well as a toilet with handholds are also available.
Various, also shady, seating and sun loungers on the property invite you to linger.
