This spacious air-conditioned living studio on the upper floor of 59 sqm with sea view and an extra terrace has a bright living area with a large dining table for 4 people.
A kitchenette and two leather armchairs to relax, from which you can look to the sea and let your soul Dangle.
If necessary, a children’s grid bed and a children’s high chair can also be ordered.
A new saltwater swimming pool facility with children’s slide (at your own risk) is available. The sea is only 80 meters away.
Bedroom
In the living room you will find a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), which are available as a double bed and 2 table cupboards.
In the living studio you have 2 additional decorative beds (90 x 190 cm), which you can use as a single bed or double bed. .there is also a single-door wardrobe, as well as air conditioning.
A cot can also be booked if Required.
Kitchen
Kitchenette with a 2 hob, fridge, extractor hood and a sink. A microwave oven and a coffee maker round off this equipment. The large dining room table is designed for 4 people.
Living room
The living area has a cosy corner with 2 leather armchairs and a height-adjustable table, plus sea views. In addition, two decorative beds (90 x 190 cm), which can be used as single beds or double beds, can be used as a sofa. Various living room extension cabinets, as well as a TV cupboard complete the Equipment.
An HD satellite TV with USB port and 1 receiver with 4 satellites ensures that you can also see your free favorite program in your language. For our Spanish speaking guests we have a terrestrial TV antenna, of course you can also listen to favourite radio stations.
There are also games and books available so that you don’t have to miss anything on holiday.

Bathroom with extra toilet
Your private bathroom with shower, sink and mirror, as well as a separate toilet is located in the EC and can be reached via a spiral staircase.
Outdoor Grill and Terrace
They have their own terrace with a table, 4 chairs and a fixed barbecue for the cosy hours in the Spanish Sun.
Pool
You have a saltwater communal pool, which you can share with the other holiday apartments. The pool area has an integrated massage and jacuzzi unit. For your children we have a pool slide (at your own risk). An outdoor shower with a fixed shower seat, as well as a toilet with handholds are also available.
Various, also shady, seating and sun loungers on the property invite you to linger.
