This modern, wheelchair-friendly, self-contained holiday house of 72 sqm and the 142 sqm outdoor area is only 700 m away from the Sea.
The special highlights of this holiday house are the outdoor whirlpool, the ceiling lift from the bathroom to the bed, the garden hut with a second kitchenette and freezer.
The house has been completely heat insulated and has the energy efficiency class B. All rooms have underfloor heating, gas heating. A wood-burning stove in the living room, as well as various climate converters for cooling, heating and Drying. Shutters and in front of the Windows fly grates are Self-evident.
With this villa you have a private and direct access to the outdoor pool area, which you share with the Villa Casper and Villa Körbchen.
These three holiday homes (Körbchen, Casper and Brownies) can be booked together by groups, friends and large Families. These houses are located next to each other and share a high quality saltwater pool with many extras.

Bedroom
1. bedroom
In the Villa brownies you will find an exceptional, beautiful bedroom with two beds (90 x 190 cm) including high-quality mattresses for relaxing Sleep.
HD-SAT flatscreen, Iron and board, as well as a vacuum cleaner are available. A 2-door built-in wardrobe with a built-in safe, as well as a night cupboard and a chest of drawers with a large mirror are a matter of course.
A generous patio door allows you to sleep with the door opened.
The bedroom in the Villa Brownies offers you the possibility to use a ceiling lifter which can be booked and you simply lift out of bed into the wheelchair, directly into the bathroom or in the tub to Relax. This lifter will only be mounted in the ceiling rail if necessary. It is also possible to book nursing beds.
2. bedroom
The second bedroom has a climate converter, a ceiling fan and a smoke detector. In this room there is a single bed (80 x 190 cm) and a double cupboard bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), which can be used if necessary. During the day, your loved ones have enough play space if you just fold the bed in the Evening.
A 4-door built-in wardrobe, as well as a dresser for games is also available. Of course you don’t have to do without a modern HD-SAT Flatscreen.

A comfortable sofa has an integrated additional double bed (140 x 190 cm). This offers space for 2 persons
Kitchen
The modern, open, under-the-ground kitchen with granite work surface and comfortable seating group.
An oven with 3 heating systems, various drawers for easy operation, also in a wheelchair. There are hanging cupboards and a display case, a dishwasher, as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. A freezer is located in the garden House.
The sink with hot water and a lowered, 4-flammiges Ceran hob, as well as a 2-burner gas cooker with extractor hood, are available for cooking.
There is a washing machine with dryer, as well as various kitchen machines available.
Living room
The open, high-quality living area has two ceiling fans, which in the hot season provide a pleasant indoor climate, even when the air conditioning is off. The spacious wood-burning stove ensures a pleasant warmth during the colder Season.
A seating area completes the high-quality equipment, which includes an additional bed (140 x 190 cm) for 2 persons.
High-quality HD Satellite TV and a music system and a 3d player provide entertainment. Of course, games, Books and DVDs are also available so that you don’t have to miss anything on holiday.
Bathroom with tub
A modern bathroom with a bathtub, including a handle and a sink with a mirror cupboard, as well as a bathroom cupboard for your utensils are available.
A toilet with support and folding support, as well as a walk-in shower with foldable shower seat and support, as well as a rain shower head and a detachable shower hose are of course available.
A ceiling lifter can be added to get you from the wheelchair to the toilet over the shower into the warm tub. You can also continue to be lifted up to the Bed. The floor heating and the towel radiators round off this high-quality bath.
Outdoor Area & Jacuzzi

You have direct access to the salt water pool, which you share with the Villa Körbchen and Villa Casper. The pool area has an integrated massage and jacuzzi unit. For your children we have a pool Slide. An outdoor shower with a fixed shower seat, as well as a toilet with handholds are also available.
There is also a variety of shady seating and sun Loungers.
