All accommodations in Spain are fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, a washing machine, and a private outdoor area and comfortable living space. Villa Sonnenschein, the Costa Blanca holiday complex, and Residencia each have a private pool. The other accommodations have a modern communal pool area. The apartments in Bahrain offer many additional amenities, such as saunas, hot tubs, an indoor pool, a gym, and more.

Yes, all our holiday homes and apartments have at least one free parking space on or in front of the property.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Should you require more flexible times, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Are the accommodations family-friendly?
Yes, our accommodations are family-friendly. The pool area at the Costa Blanca holiday complex, Villa Körbchen, and Villa Casper even has a children's pool slide. Various extras such as tricycles, Bobby Cars, bicycles, canoes, go-karts, etc., can be booked upon request to make your holiday even more enjoyable. Please feel free to ask.

Additional costs / Deposit
Your utility costs will be billed according to your exact consumption. Electricity €0.54 per kWh, water €6.80 per cubic meter, gas €2.80 per kg, pellets €24 per bag, firewood €24 per kg. A security deposit of €300 for each apartment or villa is payable in cash upon key handover. For the Costa Blanca holiday complexes, the deposit is €600, and for Residencia, it is €800.
